The Real Estate Program at ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ College provides all courses required for salesman licensure by the Texas Real Estate Commission. In Texas, a person must be at least 18 years of age, a Texas resident, demonstrate integrity, satisfy certain educational requirements, and pass a state examination to receive a license (TREC http://www.trec.state.tx.us/index.asp.) Effective September 1, 2012, pre-license education requirements for a salesperson license changed to 180 classroom hours of specific core real estate courses.
